Service Owner

Your new job

As IT Service Owner you're in control of your services, meaning high quality delivery and good relationship with  your stakeholders. You're able to decrease the amount of escalation and define and implement improvement proposals for your services. 

Your key responsibilities

• The IT Service Owner holds significant business knowledge. The IT Service Owner is accountable for

• Maintaining the high quality of your services

• Improve services and our processes 

• Implement new services

• ensuring that agreed SLA targets are achieved or exceeded

• maintain a close relationship with your suppliers and IT- stakeholders

• managing customer expectations

• ensuring service transparency 

• service reviews with the suppliers

Your education, experience and background

• Broad understanding of complex logistics operations and processes

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain / logistics or other fast-paced sectors

• Minimum 3 years in IT service management roles with strong knowledge of IT service management processes

• Bachelor degree (Hbo/Hogeschool) in an IT or business discipline

• ITIL qualification: Practitioner in Service Management
