This is what you contribute as Teamleader

You take your team to a higher level and meet customer expectations. You do this by coaching your team members one-on-one and analyzing their performance. This allows you to optimize processes flawlessly and discover bottlenecks. In addition, you provide work instructions and the further development of your team, but you also respond to ad hoc questions from our customer. On the site where you are coming to work, there is a big project ahead. For one customer, all the processes in the warehouse are completely changing. This doesn't hold you back but it gives you a bunch of energy. You are a real multitasker and you have what it takes to guide and support your team in all these upcoming changes.

You will directly manage up to 15 Warehouse Operators in our Inbound and VAS department. As a Teamleader, you will allow these colleagues to work even more efficiently, because you:

• Gain insight into which processes are running well and know where the bottlenecks are. You register the performance level of your colleagues and make sure they follow training courses.

• Create reports and get results from the warehouse management system.

• Ensuring safety on our work floor.

• Discuss improvement proposals with the Operations Manager, Shift Manager and keep your fellow Team Leaders informed.

• Multitasking and implementing new processes.

• Organize your team. This means that you:

• Coach your team members, taking into account their ambitions and developments.

• Conduct assessment and performance interviews.

• Conduct absence / reintegration - and other interviews.

• Ensure the right staffing.

• Schedules training hours and keeps the time sheets and personnel movements up to date.

Your work location is our technology Campus in Beringe, where you and your team take care of the logistics services for one of the biggest customers . Your talents as a Teamleader

If we summarize you in short you are strong in your communication (at least in English or in Dutch), you stand firm in your shoes and you are stress resistant. With these great qualities you are able to manage your team and bring out the best in them. You keep your head cool while managing your team and achieving your targets. You are a rational thinker and also have as a Teamleader:

• MBO+ or HBO work and thinking level.

• Minimum of one year experience as a team leader, cooperating foreman or forewoman.

• Feeling with Microsoft Office programs (like Excel and PowerPoint) and Warehouse Management Systems, so you can make reports and analyses.

• You speak either Dutch and/or English fluently.
