The objective of this role is to protect the information assets in line with the corporate and legal requirements as well as contractual arrangements in place with DHL customers.

In collaboration with the Global Information Security Team and Centers of Excellence this role provides input to and regionally leads the implementation of IT security strategy in line with business strategy.

The key responsibilities in this role include:

• Devise and deploy processes and methods for enhancing compliance and to address non-compliance to information security.
• Assess IT Applications and -Services for their compliance with DPDHL Security Standards and raise corrective action where required.
• Regularly monitor the vulnerability of IT Assets and the patching process and raise corrective action where required.
• Oversee Security Testing and Scanning activities in the Global DSC IT Centers of Excellence.
• Advocate Information Security in the Center of Excellence and ensure that every employee is familiar with information security principles as required in their role.
• Support Major Incidents response and coordinate incident resolution between management, suppliers and the Cyber Defense Center.
• Oversee testing and implementation of new software solutions, to ensure their compliance and minimize the risk of vulnerability due to security design issues.

• Bachelors/master's degree
• CISSP/CISM/CISA Certification
• 5+ years general IT Experience,
• 3+ years Information Security Experience
• Experience in Security Awareness and Security Policies and Standards also Technology Standards
• Strong Business Strategy and Project Management skills
• Excellent Stakeholder Management to be able to influence, negotiate, provide feedback, and present to senior management
