Legal Student Co-worker

Hej!

We're looking for a law student that's passionate about corporate law and contracts to join the Ingka (IKEA) Group Corporate Legal Team based in Leiden!

As a working student you will support with:

• the management of our digital corporate housekeeping and contract management

systems;

• corporate housekeeping, including incorporation, liquidation and mergers of legal

entities;

• drafting, supporting with signing, storing and managing intra-group contracts and

other corporate documents;

• document execution procedures (including reviewing requests, preparing

documents for execution and communicating with internal stakeholders);

• answering questions from our global organization; and
• support the legal teams across the globe with their corporate housekeeping.

• you are aligned with the IKEA values;
• you are a law student in your third or fourth year of studies, interested in corporate law;
• you are available for at least 16 hours (with the possibility to extend to 24 hours) per week

(working from our office in Leiden) for a minimum period of 1 year;

• you are fluent in English (written and spoken);
• you are a team player who can also work independently, takes initiative and has a can do' mindset; and
• you are interested in working at the global corporate head office of a truly international organisation, which is a world leader in the world of home furnishing.
