Material Handler

As a Material Handler in the wood processing department, you ensure that the right materials are in the right place at the right time. You support the production departments by transporting materials, spotting deviations and performing administrative tasks. Do you have a practical attitude and do you like to work with your hands? Then this position is for you!

You are responsible for the smooth transport of materials within the company. This means you take care of the supply and removal of materials and tools, spot deviations and solve problems in consultation with your team. You manage this by working on:

• Transporting materials between departments.

• Checking, cleaning and managing tools.

• Signalling and solving shortages, picking errors and wrong deliveries.

• Registering materials in the ERP system (ISAH).

• Adhering to safety instructions and using PPE correctly.

In this position, you will work in 2 shifts. One week from 06:00-15:00 and the other week from 15:00-00:00.

• Experience in logistics.

• A valid forklift and EPT certificate (or willingness to obtain one).

• Basic knowledge of computer systems.

• Good command of the English and Dutch languages.
