Industrial Electrician

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and machinery in industrial environments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in machinery and control systems.

• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.

• Work with high-voltage systems, including transformers and switchgear.

• Interpret and work from electrical schematics and diagrams for complex industrial systems.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical standards.

• Contribute to the planning and installation of new electrical systems and equipment.

• Respond to and resolve emergency electrical issues as needed.

• Relevant vocational qualification in electrical engineering.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.

• Familiarity with industrial safety regulations and standards.

• Required certifications or licenses for industrial electrical work.

• Valid SCC (VCA) certificate.

• Valid NEN3140 VP certificate.
