As an order picker, you'll play a key role in the action, cruising through our vast auction hall on an electric cart, collecting and organizing beautiful flowers and plants for our clients. Your work is crucial in ensuring everything runs smoothly and helps keep the floral market thriving!

You'll begin your journey as a logistics worker at Royal FloraHolland Aalsmeer. Established in 1910, Royal FloraHolland is the world's largest flower auction. Each week, 43 million flowers and 5 million plants are sold. Luckily, there's plenty of room for all of this, as the building where you'll work is as large as 200 football fields.

Wat wij jou bieden:

• A starting salary of €16,04 per hour
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre from 5 km one way
• Full reimbursement of your public transport pass for more than 4 working days per week.
• Possibility of takeover by the client with a permanent job
• Weekly payment
• 8.33% vacation pay
• A pension plan from the 1st working day
• 1x per quarter you will receive a plant as a gift from Royal FloraHolland

Wat vragen wij van je:

• You can speak English or Dutch
• You are at least 18 years old at the day you start
• You are at least 1.65 meter or taller (safety first!)
• You can start at 06:00 in the morning
