Operator B Production

Are you technically skilled and looking for a new challenge? Become an Operator B in our production department in the 3-shift system! You will ensure that the machines run optimally and play a key role in the production process of our famous stroopwafels. In our modern factory in Moordrecht, you will be involved in the entire production process.
You will prepare the syrup and dough, precisely adjust the ovens, and intervene in case of malfunctions.
You will troubleshoot problems independently and report them to the line supervisor or technical service team.

Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks, such as recording production data and malfunctions. You will participate in improvement projects, collect quality data, and work according to HACCP guidelines and safety regulations.

Workdays and Hours:
You will work in the 3-shift system from Monday to Friday.Note: The night shift starts on Sunday evening! You will rotate shifts weekly (day, evening, or night).

Biscuit International is a European market leader in biscuits, toast, and breakfast products. You will be working at the stroopwafel factory in Moordrecht, where various types of stroopwafels are produced: standard, mini, chocolate-coated, and even organic.

Wat wij jou bieden:

• A salary starting from €16.53 gross per hour (including ADV allowance). With proven experience, this can increase to €17.78;
• Irregular hours allowance: After 18:00, you receive 38% extra, meaning you earn €22.81 gross per hour!;
• Holiday pay;
• 25 vacation days with a full-time contract;

• Travel allowance from 5 km one way, at €0.23 per kilometer;

Wat vragen wij van je:

• Good knowledge of Dutch or English;
• You have an MBO+ working and thinking level, preferably with a technical background;
• You have 1 to 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator or Operator;
• Or you have a technical education and an affinity with food production;
• You live near Moordrecht, Rotterdam, Zoetermeer, Ridderkerk, or Alphen aan den Rijn.
