As a Line Operator at Biscuit International in Dalfsen, you will play a key role in the production process. In our industrial bakery, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machines to ensure smooth and efficient production. In case of malfunctions, you will troubleshoot technical issues and report any irregularities to the line supervisor or technical department. You will also collaborate with your colleagues to maintain the packaging machines, ensuring continuous production flow.

Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks such as recording production data, logging malfunctions, and documenting solutions. You will actively participate in working groups and improvement projects, collect quality data, and always adhere to HACCP guidelines, company regulations, and safety standards.

Working Days and Hours:
You will work in a 2-shift system, with occasional 3-shift rotations during peak periods.
Working days:
Monday to Friday.
Shift hours:
Morning shift: 05:45 - 14:00
Afternoon shift: 13:45 - 22:00

During peak periods, night shifts may also be required: 21:45 - 06:00.

Biscuit International is a European market leader in biscuits, cakes, toast, and breakfast products. You will be working at the factory in Dalfsen, where various types of cakes and pastries are produced. These include custard cakes, sliced cakes, fruit-filled cakes, and Gangmakers.

Wat wij jou bieden:

• A salary starting at €17.23 gross per hour (including bonuses). With proven experience, this can increase to €18.54 (including bonuses);
• Holiday pay;
• 25 vacation days with a full-time contract;
• Weekly payment on Tuesday;
• Travel allowance starting from 5 km one way. You will receive €0.23 per kilometer;

Wat vragen wij van je:

• You should be able to communicate effectively in Dutch or English;

• German is also allowed, but you must have at least a basic knowledge of Dutch or English;

• You have an MBO+ level of work and thinking, with a technical background;

• Or experience as a machine operator or operator;

• You live in the vicinity of Dalfsen, Zwolle, Raalte, Meppel, or Almelo.
