Logistics Employee

As a logistics employee, your day kicks off at 05:45 with a cup of coffee in the canteen. At 06:00, there's a short team briefing where you'll hear what's on the agenda like how many flower or plant carts need to be moved and when you're likely to finish.

Then it's go time: you put on your headset, hop on your electric cart, and get to work delivering flowers and plants to the right spots. You'll need to be focused, but once you get the hang of it, it's smooth sailing.

Most workdays end somewhere between 10:00 and 13:00, depending on how busy it is. That leaves you with plenty of free time for other things whether it's studying, spending time with family, or hitting the gym.

Via Actief Werkt! you will get to work at Royal FloraHolland in Aalsmeer, the world's biggest flower auction, which has been the bridge between growers and buyers of flowers for more than 100 years.

Wat wij jou bieden:

• A starting salary of €16.04 bruto per hour or an all-in salary of €17.73 bruto per hour
• Travel allowance of € 0.23 per kilometre from 5 km one way
• Full reimbursement of your public transport pass for more than 4 working days per week
• Possibility of takeover by the client with a permanent job

• 8.33% holiday pay

Wat vragen wij van je:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You speak and understand Dutch and/or English well
• You are at least 1.65 m tall (safety first!)
• You are available for at least 2 days
