Operator

We're looking for a hands-on Operator to join a state-of-the-art bakery in Waalwijk, working in a 5-shift schedule.

What will you be doing?As a production operator in this high-tech bakery, you play a vital role in the entire process?from dough preparation to the final product. You'll be in charge of ensuring everything runs smoothly on the production line.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing machines and production lines according to daily planning and recipes;
• Verifying the availability of ingredients and support materials;
• Adjusting and converting machines when needed;
• Performing quality checks and accurately recording results;
• Fixing minor technical issues and escalating larger ones to the technical team;
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety standards (HACCP).

You will be working in a 5-shift system, sometimes working nights. Working hours are from 06:00 to 14:00 / 14:00 to 22:00 / 22:00 to 06:00.

• Gross monthly salary between €2,600 - €3,250, depending on experience and age;
• Shift allowance of 134% to 137% for evening and night shifts;
