Order picker with flowers

Start your day among the flowers at Royal FloraHolland! ?As an order picker, you start your day at 05:45 with a nice cup of coffee in the canteen. At 06:00 your work starts with a short day start, in which you are told what you will be doing that day, how many carts of flowers and plants need to be moved and approximately what time you will finish.

After the day's start, you put on your headset, get on your electric cart and get to work. You make sure the flowers or plants end up in the right places, where safety and accuracy are always important.

Your working day usually ends between 10:00 and 13:00, depending on how busy it is. This means you have the rest of the day completely free to do other things, such as studying, playing sports or spending time with your family.

What you need to know:

• You always start at 06:00 and the end time varies depending on how busy it is.

• With a five-day working week, you will work an average of 20-25 hours per week.

• Before you actually start working, you will have two paid induction days during which you will learn all about the logistics process, how to use the headset and how to drive the electric trolley.

• After the familiarization days, your 12-week familiarization period will start, in which you will be fully trained.

With this vacancy, you will apply directly for a position at our location in Aalsmeer, where it blooms and grows every day!

Wat wij jou bieden:

• A starting salary of €16.04 gross per hour or an all-in salary of €17.73 gross per hour
• Travel allowance of € 0.23 per kilometre from 5 km one way
• Full reimbursement of your public transport pass for more than 4 working days per week

• You are at least 18 years old
• You speak and understand Dutch and/or English well
• You are at least 1.65 m tall (safety first!)
• You are available for at least 2 days
