Production Employee

We are looking for an enthusiastic production worker for our client who does preparatory work for the construction industry. You are versatile and enjoy mastering several tasks within the production process. As a production worker at this company, you will not stand dully at the assembly line all day, no you will assemble and set up machines. You will monitor product quality and process materials. You check whether the product is according to the drawings, so you monitor the quality. For this reason, it is important that you speak and write Dutch.

The most important tasks are:

• Checking drawings and preparing production;
• Assembling concrete elements for various construction projects;
• Adding the right materials to complete the final product.

Over de opdrachtgever

You'll be working in a small team of 10 colleagues. Your workday starts at 6:25 AM with a cup of coffee while you review the day's schedule together. After that, you'll begin the tasks assigned to you. Your workday ends at 4:00 PM ? just in time to enjoy your evening.

Our client is a national contractor in the (new) construction sector, with over 60 years of experience. They value the development of their staff and are open to supporting your professional growth. • A gross hourly wage between €14.24 and €15.47 (from age 21);
• Working hours from 6:25 AM to 4:00 PM ? avoid traffic and enjoy your evenings;

• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km;
