? The HR Strategy At Keolis Nederland, our 3-year strategy is built around three key pillars: Recruitment, Empowerment and Innovation. As an intern, you'll be part of that strategy - working on real (technological) challenges, contributing your own ideas, and gaining broad exposure to what modern HR looks like in practice. ? What will you be working on? You will contribute to and take ownership of a range of (HR technology) projects and activities, including:
- Preparation for the implementation of a new HR system
Conduct research into organizational needs, contribute to the system design, and build an advisory report to support a successful implementation in 2026. - Process analysis and optimization
Analyse administrative HR processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements - with focus on automation and operational efficiency. - Enhancing international HR reporting
Support the improvement of reporting processes (applications ADP, Power BI and Hyperion) to our headquarters in France. - Optimizing the onboarding cycle
Review the current onboarding experience, identify areas for improvement, and help design a more engaging and effective onboarding journey for new employees. - Supporting HR dashboard development
Assist in the creation and refinement of HR dashboards, helping translate data into actionable insights for decision-making. - HR Support Desk
Help out with HR-related questions from colleagues and get a hands-on look at daily HR operations for +/- 1 day per week.
? Who we're looking for We are looking for a student (International) Human Resource Management, who likes to work in an accessible organization.
- You're available between September 2025 and February 2026 for 36-40 hours a week
- You're fluent in Dutch and English
- You're analytical, proactive and eager to learn
- You enjoy working on HR tech, process improvements, data analytics and AI
- You take initiative and like to work both independently and as part of a team
- €500 monthly internship allowance (based on 40 hours per week)
