We're hiring a motivated and hands-on Machine Operator to join a high-tech industrial bakery in Waalwijk, working in a rotating 2/3 shift schedule.

Your role as an operator

As a machine operator in our automated bakery, you'll be an essential part of the production process?from mixing the dough to baking and packaging the final product. You'll monitor machines, perform quality checks, and make sure everything runs efficiently and safely.

Your key responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machines based on daily production plans and recipes;
• Check ingredient availability and prepare materials for production;
• Adjust machine settings and switch between product lines as needed;
• Perform quality control checks and log data accurately;
• Solve minor technical issues; report major problems to the technical team;
• Follow strict hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP);
• Keep your work area clean and organized.

14:00 / 14:00 to 22:00 / 22:00 to 06:00.

• Gross monthly salary between €2,600 - €3,250, depending on experience and age;
• Shift allowance of 134% to 137% for evening and night shifts;

• Experience as an operator, production worker, or baker;
