Operator bakery

As an Operator in the Cream Department, you play a crucial role in the production of cookies with various fillings and toppings. You help ensure smooth, efficient operations that meet high standards for both quality and output.

Your main responsibilities:

• Accurately weigh, dose, and inspect raw materials
• Prepare semi-finished products following exact recipes, including proper labeling and coding
• Set up, operate, adjust, and shut down machinery and weighing equipment
• Review production schedules and keep your work area clean and hygienic
• Detect and report deviations or technical malfunctions
• Transport and refill raw materials using electric pallet jacks, forklifts, or lifts
• Deep-clean machines and maintain a tidy, food-safe workspace
