Through Actief Werkt!, you can start as an order picker and earn a gross hourly wage of €16.04. You'll work in a pleasant, colorful environment?and most days, you'll be finished before lunch.

What will you be doing?Your day begins early, at 6:00 AM. After a short team briefing, you'll start sorting flowers and plants onto the correct carts based on customer orders. You play an important role in the logistics process, ensuring that every product is delivered on time and in perfect condition.

Your responsibilities include:

• Accurately processing and picking orders

• Checking the quality and quantity of flowers and plants

• Scanning and registering carts using a barcode system

• Collaborating closely with your team

During your onboarding, you'll be paired with a buddy who will guide you through the process and help you get comfortable on the work floor.

Working hours and flexibilityThe length of your workday depends on the number of orders and the size of your team. Most days, you'll finish between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. You can work 3 to 5 mornings per week, with a typical workweek of 15 to 25 hours. It's the perfect part-time job if you're looking for flexibility and plenty of free afternoons.

Royal FloraHolland in Aalsmeer has been active since 1910 and is truly impressive: every week, 43 million flowers and 5 million plants are traded all under one roof in a building the size of 200 football fields!
