Production employee

At this company, you'll be working in a clean production environment with products that you'll later see directly on supermarket shelves. Without you, the machines would stop, and customers wouldn't receive their products on time. The company experiences periods of high demand and quieter times. One week you may be able to work full-time, while during other periods there is less work available. It's therefore important that you are flexible in your availability.

As a production employee you are responsible for:

• Loading and unloading the HPP machine.

• Labeling and packaging food products.

• Checking product quality and packaging.

You'll work in two shifts: one week you are on the early shift and the other week you are on the late shift. The early shift is from 6.00h - 15.00h and the late shift starts at 15.00h till 23.00h. You will receive an allowance of 35% for the hours you work after 6.00 p.m.

Wat wij jou bieden:

You work flexibly in a shift system. In return, you can count on:

• €14.40 gross per hour + 35% shift allowance after 6:00 PM.

• 135% pay on Saturdays, 150% on Sundays.

• 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday allowance based on a full-time employment.

• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km from 10 kilometers and up.

Wat vragen wij van je:

You enjoy getting things done and are available to work in a two-shift system. You understand the importance of hygiene and quality. In addition:

• You speak Dutch and/or English.

• You can work neatly and accurately.

• You are adaptable and flexible in regards of your availability.

• Experience in a production environment is a big plus.
