What will you be doing?
As an order picker, you'll navigate the auction halls with an electric cart, gathering orders of flowers and plants. You'll be an essential link in the supply chain, making sure every customer receives the correct products. At times, you may work in a cooled environment (around 5-7 degrees). With the variety of tasks and the chance to handle stunning flowers daily, the hours will fly by!
Your shift begins at 06:00 or 06:30 in the morning, which means you'll finish work early and still have the whole afternoon free. Mondays and Tuesday are our mandatory days, but we also offer flexibility on other weekdays.

You'll be employed via Actief Werkt! at the world's largest flower auction, Royal FloraHolland. At Royal FloraHolland, personal connection and job satisfaction are highly valued. The company operates in Aalsmeer, Naaldwijk, and Rijnsburg, but by applying for this role, you'll specifically join the team in Naaldwijk.

Wat vragen wij van je:
- Minimum height of 1.65 m (5'5'') for safety reasons
- You speak Dutch and/or English
- You are at least 3 days available per week
- You are at least 16 years old at your first working day
