Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Reception and Customer Service Associate.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and partners.
You will be responsible for receiving and handing out packages to customers and maintaining communication with our other pick-up points.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving and processing incoming packages.
Assisting customers with picking up their orders.
Answering questions and providing assistance to both customers and partners via phone and email.
Maintaining contacts with other pick-up points.
General administrative tasks and computer operations.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
Basic computer skills.
Customer-oriented mindset and professional demeanor.
Independent and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience in customer service is a plus.
