Together with product teams and data scientists, you will establish metrics for robustness, fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI, ensuring our technologies uphold human dignity and contribute positively to sustainability efforts.

As you might know, in Sweden it's common to take a few weeks of holiday during July, most people take over multiple weeks in a row; at IKEA we are no different. We believe in a healthy work-life balance and encourage our co-workers to take time to relax, recharge, and unwind. Because of this great benefit, we might take a bit longer to get back to you, we will return in August, and you should hear from us as soon as possible.
Please note that we will be interviewing continuously. We are looking forward to receiving your application!
