Operator

As an operator, you are responsible for operating our advanced machines, performing quality control, and driving the forklift. You ensure that the production process runs smoothly and support the team with technical tasks. You play a crucial role in maintaining product quality and ensuring efficient production operations.

At this company, you are not just an operator, but you oversee the entire process. You ensure that the machine keeps running, take samples, analyze them in the laboratory, and adjust the machines where necessary. You also frequently drive the forklift to move the big bags to the correct location so they can be filled or emptied. You will have the opportunity to continuously learn more within the company.

Currently, the company operates on a two-shift system. You work from 07:00 to 15:00 or from 15:00 to 23:00. Eventually, the company plans to transition to a three-shift system, which will include a night shift.

• A salary around €2.500,- and €3.500,- depending on your age and experience;
