The products you'll be working with play a key role in both healthcare and the beauty sector, so quality and accuracy are essential. Your responsibilities include receiving goods, order picking, repacking, labeling, shipping, registering, and storing items according to pharmaceutical standards and procedures. This involves maintaining hygiene, temperature control, sterile handling and ensuring the general condition of the products during storage. In short: a true all-rounder! Ideally, you have strong analytical skills and are familiar with various computer systems, enabling you to handle the administrative tasks that come with managing a pharmaceutical warehouse. This includes tracking in- and outgoing goods, analyzing batch records, keeping inventory up to date and minimizing waste. You also contribute to a tidy and safe working environment.
The candidate I am looking for ideally has relevant experience, holds a forklift certificate, is organized, and works with precision in accordance with ISO/GMP standards. The software you'll be working with includes Excel, PowerBI, Syspro, SAP, Oracle, and other ERP tools. You'll be joining a fun, international team, so good communication skills are a big plus. Fluency in English is required. Dutch is a bonus, but not a must.

- Previous experience as a supply chain employee or logistics operator is essential;
- You hold a valid forklift license;
- You have a degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration;
- You have a keen eye for detail, a strong focus on quality and the ability to follow procedures accurately;
- You have a good command of English, spoken and written.
