As a Bakery Operator in the Cream Department, you're an essential part of the production process. You work with machines, ingredients, and recipes to help produce high-quality cookies with various creams, fillings, and toppings. Every shift, you contribute to smooth operations in a clean and food-safe environment.What you'll do:
- Weigh, dose, and check raw materials with accuracy
- Prepare semi-finished products using precise recipes, including correct labeling and coding
- Set up, operate, and shut down machinery and weighing systems
- Follow production schedules and maintain a hygienic workspace
- Identify and report deviations or technical issues
- Transport and refill ingredients using forklifts or pallet jacks
- Perform deep-cleaning on equipment and work areas
