Together with a new cleaning team, you will make sure that Schiphol's piers and lounges are always spotless. Your main task will be keeping the restrooms clean, with responsibility for between 1 and 4 restroom groups. Each workday, you'll focus on one specific task to allow for a structured and efficient workflow.
Schiphol operates 24/7 ? and so does the cleaning crew. That means you'll be working in rotating shifts:
- Morning/afternoon: 06:30-14:15
- Afternoon/evening: 14:15-22:00
- Evening/night: 22:30-06:30
Of course, a challenging role comes with attractive conditions. We offer:
- A competitive starting salary of €14.58 per hour (from age 20 and up)
- Additional allowances of up to 30% for night and weekend shifts
- Working night shifts on weekends? Then you'll receive a 50% bonus!
To work at Schiphol, you must apply for a Certificate of No Objection (VGB). This process takes 2 to 6 weeks and requires that you have lived in the Netherlands for the past 8 years. Please note that you can only start working once the VGB has been approved
