We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven facilities manager to join a pharmaceutical production company in Almere. In this role, you will inspire and lead your team while ensuring that the production environment operates at it's best. You will manage your direct reports and take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of various departments including office spaces, the warehouse and production areas. Your job is to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently so that your colleagues can focus entirely on their work in a safe and clean environment. Responsibilities include overseeing cleaning, maintenance and inventory management, coordinating external suppliers and continuously improving facilities processes according to GMP and safety standards typical for the pharmaceutical industry.

Our ideal candidate has experience in a similar function, has a talent for organization and has a proactive attitude towards colleagues. It's important that you have knowlegde about hygiene-, safety- and GMP guidelines. You master the English language, spoken and written. The dutch language is good to know, but not required. This vacancy will be available mid september.

Wat wij jou bieden:

Wat vragen wij van je:

  • HBO-level thinking and working skills, preferably in facility management or a similar field;
  • Experience as a facilities manager or in a similar role;
  • A talent for planning and organizing;
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written.
