In this role, you make sure everything runs smoothly - from preparing the dough and syrup to setting the ovens and keeping production on track. With your technical insight, you solve malfunctions quickly and professionally while actively contributing to improvements in the process. This way, you help deliver a product enjoyed by millions of people both in the Netherlands and abroad.
You'll be working on a modern, largely automated production line where no two days are the same. Your work combines technical tasks, quality control, and close teamwork with colleagues. Of course, you always follow the highest safety and hygiene standards.
Working hours This position runs in a 3-shift system:
- Morning shift: 07:00 - 15:00
- Afternoon shift: 15:00 - 23:00
- Night shift: 23:00 - 07:00 (starting Sunday evening) Shifts take place Monday till Friday.

Wat vragen wij van je:
- Good command of Dutch or English
- MBO+ level of education and thinking, preferably with a technical background
- Experience as a Machine Operator or Production Operator
