As a Training Coordinator in the Slaughterhouse, you play a crucial role in the training and development of new employees. You are responsible for guiding staff on the slaughter line, teaching them the various positions and tasks. You monitor their progress, provide feedback, and ensure a safe learning environment. Additionally, you identify learning needs and contribute ideas for training opportunities. You work with team leaders, HR, and production to create a solid onboarding and learning structure and manage the skills matrix.Key tasks include:
Guiding new employees and trainees on the slaughter line.
Developing and executing training programs.
Evaluating employee progress and providing feedback.
Creating and managing training plans.
Collaborating with various departments to improve the learning structure.
