What will you do?As an Order Picker at Royal FloraHolland Aalsmeer, you play a crucial role in the logistics process of the Aalsmeer flower auction. You ensure that all flowers and plants are delivered to the right customers accurately and on time. What makes this job extra enjoyable? At 05:45, you are ready for the daily briefing to hear what the day will bring and what your main priorities are. After that, you start your work as an order picker and take your electric tug to transport flowers and plants around the auction. You know exactly how to place the flowers and plants quickly and carefully with the correct orders. Between 11:00 and 13:00, your workday is already finished, and you can enjoy your free afternoon.

- Picking flowers and plants
- Checking and verifying orders
- Carefully transporting flowers to the correct carts

Wat wij jou bieden:
With a workweek of at least 2 days, you can expect:
- A starting gross hourly wage of €16.04 from the age of 18, with annual increases
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer

Wat vragen wij van je:
You are committed to achieving the best results and bring the following:
- Minimum height of 165 cm (for safety reasons)
- Available for at least 2 days per week, preferably Monday and Friday
- Good command of Dutch or English
- A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) check may be required
