What will you do?As an Order Picker at Royal FloraHolland Aalsmeer, you are an essential part of the logistics process. You make sure that flowers and plants are delivered to the right customers accurately and on time. You work in a unique environment surrounded by flowers and plants, together with motivated colleagues.
Your workday starts early: at 05:45 you join the daily briefing where the planning and priorities for the day are discussed. After that, you get to work independently. Using an electric tug, you collect and transport flowers and plants and ensure that all orders are prepared correctly. Between 11:00 and 13:00, your workday is already finished, leaving you with the rest of the day free.
Your tasks:
- Picking flowers and plants according to orders
- Checking orders for accuracy and completeness
- Safely and carefully transporting flowers to the correct carts

Wat vragen wij van je:
You are motivated and work accurately. In addition, you meet the following requirements:
- Minimum height of 165 cm (for safety reasons)
- Available for at least 2 days per week, preferably Monday and Friday
- Good command of Dutch or English
- A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) check may be required
