Looking for a dynamic, early start role that allows you to finish in time for school, hobbies, or other activities? We are seeking motivated order pickers to help ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of flowers and plants to our customers.What you'll do:
As an order picker, you'll drive an electric cart through the auction halls to collect orders of flowers and plants. You play a vital role in the logistics process, making sure every order reaches the right customer. Occasionally, you'll work in a cooled area (around 5-7°C). With the variety of tasks and the colorful environment, your workday will fly by!
Shifts start at 06:00 or 06:30, so you finish early and have the rest of the day to yourself. Monday and Tuesday are mandatory workdays, while the remaining days are flexible. Depending on your availability, you'll work approximately 8 to 15 hours per week.

You'll be employed via Actief Werkt! at Royal FloraHolland, where work enjoyment and personal engagement are key. This position is specifically for our Naaldwijk location, one of three Royal FloraHolland sites in the Netherlands.
