As a logistics employee, you'll navigate the auction halls with an electric cart, picking flowers and plants efficiently and accurately. You're a key part of the logistics chain, ensuring every order is ready for shipment on time. Sometimes you'll work in a chilled area (around 7-10°C), so warm clothing is recommended.Your tasks include:
- Picking and preparing orders (flowers and plants)
- Checking shipping documents
- Ensuring smooth, error-free order processing
- Working closely with your team to keep operations running efficiently
Shifts start at 06:00 or 06:30, with a 10-minute team briefing before work begins. Finish times usually fall between 09:00 and 11:00, depending on workload, with occasional extensions into the early afternoon. Monday and Tuesday are mandatory, while other days are flexible. Depending on your availability, you'll work approximately 8 to 15 hours per week.

Through Actief Werkt!, you'll be employed at Royal FloraHolland, the world's largest flower auction and an international hub connecting growers and buyers for over 100 years. This position is specifically for our Naaldwijk location.
