For an international technical company in Rotterdam, we are looking for someone who brings structure, takes responsibility, and enjoys learning new things.Most of your tasks are administrative: you make sure all logistics data is correctly processed in the system. You handle incoming goods, check documents, and keep the inventory up to date. Sometimes you'll help on the warehouse floor by picking orders or preparing materials. No forklift certificate yet? No problem, you can get it through us.
You will work day shifts with different start times: 06:00-14:30, 07:00-15:30, or 08:30-17:00. The team is down?to?earth, close?knit, and hardworking. You'll have the space to grow and make a real impact.
Your tasks
- Process incoming goods in the ERP/SAP system
- Check documents, packing slips, and order details
- Register inventory movements and report discrepancies
- Communicate with colleagues in the warehouse
- Pick orders and prepare materials when needed
- Assist with preparing transport and shipments
- Work according to safety and quality guidelines

Wat vragen wij van je:
To be a good match for this role, we value:
- MBO level (Level 3 or 4); experience in administration or logistics is a plus
- Experience is not required, motivation and accuracy are most important
- You are structured, eager to learn, and able to keep overview
- You speak Dutch or English
- A forklift certificate is an advantage; willingness to get one is enough
- You want to grow within the company and are open to new responsibilities
