What will you do as a Rooms Operations Supervisor?
As a Rooms Operations Supervisor you play a key role in leading and coordinating our housekeeping team. You will build and shape your own team!
You ensure that all rooms in our hotel are clean, tidy, and maintained to the highest standards. At the same time, you focus on guiding and motivating your team to consistently deliver quality results.
- Lead, organize, and coach the housekeeping team to achieve successful results.
- Ensure all tasks are carried out correctly and in line with established standards.
- Train team members to work safely and hygienically.
- Report any technical issues to ensure they are resolved quickly.
Who are you?
- Proven experience in housekeeping and leadership within a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with both team members and management.
- Able to build a team and create a motivating work environment.
- Comfortable working under pressure and flexible in your approach.
What do we offer you as a Rooms Operations Supervisor?
- A gross monthly salary of €2,575 based on a 38-hour work week.
- You work 5 days per week, 6 hours per day.
