We are recruiting on behalf of a leading European e-mobility company based in Amsterdam — the team behind one of the world's largest refurbished e-bike platforms, with over 100,000 e-bikes restored to excellent condition.

They are now expanding their Amsterdam workshop and are looking for talented, technically minded people to join at three different levels.

**What does the job involve?**

You will work in a modern, fully equipped workshop — diagnosing, repairing, and refurbishing electric bikes from a wide range of brands and models, including city, cargo, mountain, and speed e-bikes.

There is no customer contact. This is purely technical work in a professional team environment, with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.

**Open positions:**

🔧 **Senior E-Bike Mechanic**
For graduatesexperienced technicians ready to take full ownership of the refurbishment process. You will handle inspections, fault diagnosis, repairs, and quality control independently. A strong eye for detail and a continuous improvement mindset are key.

🔧🔧 **Team Lead – E-Bike Mechanics**
For experienced mechanics ready to step into a leadership role. You will guide and support a team of mechanics, act as the technical expert for complex repairs, and keep daily workshop operations running smoothly. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required.

🔧🔧🔧 **Head of Bike Mechanics**
A senior management position for an experienced professional ready to lead the full mechanics operation. You will recruit and build the team, develop team leads, manage spare parts inventory, and drive quality and efficiency across the workshop. Minimum 7 years of experience as a bike mechanic and 2 years of team leadership experience required.

**Who are we looking for?**
