As a Confectioning Operator, you play an important role in the production and finishing of high-quality conveyor belts. This is specialized technical work where precision is key ? accuracy down to the millimeter matters. You will combine machine operation with manual craftsmanship, using techniques such as punching, sealing and heat or high-frequency pressing.Quality awareness, technical insight and attention to detail are essential in this role.
Your main tasks include:
- Performing production processes such as punching, sealing and pressing
- Inspecting materials and finished conveyor belts for quality and accuracy
- Operating production machines and carrying out preparation and finishing work

- A gross monthly salary between €2,540 and €3,300
