You make sure every product meets customer specifications before it leaves the production floor. You work independently but are also part of a close team where cooperation and accuracy are key. You actively think along about improvements in quality and process efficiency. Safety and precision are part of your daily work.You succeed in this role by focusing on the following tasks:
- Finishing plastic parts by deburring, tapping, reaming and cleaning
- Checking products against technical drawings and customer requirements
- Acting as the final quality checkpoint before delivery
- Suggesting improvements in production processes and quality
