Each morning you will be working between the colourful flowers, with plenty of free time to enjoy in the afternoon. As an Order Picker at the largest flower auction in Aalsmeer, you earn €16.04 per hour and you're finished between 10:00 and 13:00. That means more time for yourself! Here, you help make sure that all those beautiful flowers and plants reach the right customers, and you get to work as part of a positive team. Your effort really matters?without you, the logistics process would slow down and flowers wouldn't reach their destination on time. Each day, you start with a team briefing, then hop onto your electric tug and get moving on the auction floor. You play a key part in making everything run smoothly.
