As a Bakery Operator in the Cream Department, you play an essential role in the daily production process. By working with recipes, raw materials and modern production machinery, you help ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products. You follow production planning, maintain strict hygiene standards and respond efficiently to technical issues to keep operations running smoothly.Your key responsibilities include:
- Weighing, measuring and checking ingredients accurately
- Operating, adjusting and safely shutting down production machines
- Thoroughly cleaning equipment and strictly following hygiene and safety procedures
Working hours
- 05:45 - 14:00
- 13:45 - 22:00
- 21:45 - 06:00
Please note: on Mondays, operators start 15 minutes earlier due to start-up procedures after the weekend.
