As a CNC operator you keep the production running and you protect quality. Without you, parts will not meet specs and delivery stops. You run advanced CNC machines and make sure each panel is precise. You read drawings, adjust settings, and check results. You work in a small team and manage your own machine. Your focus keeps the production process smooth and prevents waste. You also work with an overhead crane to safely move panels.Your top 3 responsibilities are:
- Prepare and set up the CNC machine for each job
- Monitor machining and check quality with measuring tools
- Adjust programs and settings to meet quality control standards
You also work with modern 5 axis machines. This machine is capable of machining panels up to 17 x 3.5 meters with an accuracy of 0.1 mm
