Your role as HR Operations Specialist SpainIn this role, you are a key link within the HR team with a focus on Spain. You ensure that HR processes run smoothly and support stores and colleagues with questions related to personnel administration, payroll and collective labour agreement changes. You work across countries and languages, which makes your role dynamic and varied.
You will join a close knit and engaged team that relies strongly on each other. There is always a lot to do and no two days are the same. That is why we are looking for someone who can maintain overview, take initiative and enjoys working together. You are confident in your communication, can manage different types of people and remain calm and professional in more challenging situations.
Your responsibilities
- You implement changes in collective labour agreement salary scales and HR data;
- You support stores via email with HR and payroll related questions;
- You collaborate closely with payroll and ensure that mutations are processed accurately and on time;
- You communicate with colleagues and stakeholders in Spanish and English;
- You contribute to improving HR processes and ways of working;
- You identify bottlenecks and proactively come up with solutions;
- You maintain overview in your work and set the right priorities;

De dagen dat jij op kantoor werkt, kan jij gebruik maken van diverse (flex) plekken op jouw afdeling, of schuif je aan bij een andere afdeling.
