In this role, you will have responsibility for the successful launch, optimization, and commercial performance of our German e-commerce platform. You will combine strong digital marketing expertise with commercial trading and merchandising skills to deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive sustainable growth. Operating at the intersection of e-commerce, digital marketing, merchandising, and customer experience, you will ensure a successful market entry and build a strong foundation for long-term growth.
Your key responsibilities are:
Act as the central point of coordination between merchandising, content, pricing, CRM, and marketing teams to accelerate growth in Germany.
Drive the commercial success and continuous optimization of Bever?s German e-commerce platform;
Own product content localization, SEO performance, and brand consistency for the German market;
Develop and execute the commercial trading calendar, campaigns, promotions, and conversion optimization initiatives (localize Dutch calendar and activities);
Coordinate with the central performance marketing team on the setup and optimization of paid digital channels to maximize traffic, revenue, and ROI.
We are looking for a colleague who is (hands-on) entrepreneurial and, naturally, has a strong affinity for the outdoors and retail. You have strong analytical skills, you are proactive and comfortable working independently. Also:
Native German speaker (written and verbal), combined with fluent English or Dutch;
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online trading within the German market;
Strong expertise in digital marketing and commercial e-commerce management;
Proven track record in webshop management and performance optimization;
Pre: Experience with tools such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Monetate, Power BI, CMS, PIM systems, and e-commerce platforms.
