In this responsible and varied role, you ensure that our products come out of the ovens perfectly and meet the highest quality standards.
As an Oven Operator, you are continuously monitoring, setting, and adjusting the baking process. You keep a close eye on temperature, baking times, and product quality and intervene immediately when necessary. Thanks to your technical insight and attention to detail, thousands of perfectly baked waffles leave our factory every day for satisfied customers.
We are looking for someone who is motivated and reliable, enjoys taking responsibility, and likes to be actively engaged. You work meticulously, think in solutions, and feel at home in a food production environment where quality always comes first.
Working hours:
You will work in a 3-shift system from Monday to Friday. Note: the night shift starts on Monday evening and ends on Saturday morning. The shifts rotate weekly (night, early, late).
The morning shift is from 06:30 to 14:30, the afternoon shift from 14:30 to 22:30, and the night shift from 22:30 to 06:30.
You will work full-time in this position.

- A starting salary of €3450 gross per month, including allowances
- Nice allowances that can significantly increase your salary: 38% between 18:00 and 03:00, 39% between 03:00 and 06:30!
