As a Bakery Operator in the Cream Department, you play an important role in the production process. You work with recipes, ingredients and machinery to help create high-quality products. You monitor hygiene standards, follow production planning and keep an eye on technical performance to ensure everything runs efficiently. Your contribution helps maintain a consistent production flow and guarantees excellent product quality for customers.Your 3 main responsibilities are:
- Accurately weighing, measuring and inspecting raw materials.
- Operating, adjusting and safely shutting down production equipment.
- Cleaning machinery while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety procedures.
Working hours:
- 05:45 – 14:00
- 13:45 – 22:00
- 21:45 – 06:00
Please note: on Mondays, operators start 15 minutes earlier to support production start-up activities following the weekend shutdown.

- Experience within a bakery, food production or manufacturing environment.
- Availability to work in a 3-shift schedule.
- Good command of either English or Dutch.
- An eye for detail when following recipes and identifying deviations.
