As a Production Trainer, you are responsible for supporting and coaching new employees on the shop floor. You make sure they understand the different tasks, processes and safety procedures, so they can work independently and confidently.Your responsibilities include:
- Training and supporting new employees during their onboarding period;
- Explaining different workstations, processes and tasks;
- Observing employees and providing practical feedback;
- Identifying training and development needs;
- Working closely with team leaders, HR and production departments;
- Contributing to a structured onboarding and learning process;
- Tracking employee progress and maintaining training records;
- This is a varied role where you combine your production experience with coaching and mentoring.
