As a Foam Operator, you will be responsible for producing custom foam packaging for delicate high-tech components. Working from technical drawings and work instructions, you will accurately process, assemble, and bond individual foam parts into complete packaging solutions. Thanks to your precision, valuable products are optimally protected during transport.Your responsibilities include:
- Measuring, cutting, and shaping foam materials according to technical drawings.
- Assembling and bonding foam components into complete packaging solutions.
- Using hand tools and equipment such as glue guns and heat guns.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions.
- Performing quality inspections and checking dimensions.
- Inspecting finished products for quality, finish, and dimensional accuracy.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workplace.
- Following safety regulations and using the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
You work in a two-shift schedule:
Early shift: 06:00 to 15:00
Late shift: 15:00 to 00:00
